Terms

Reliora is a relationship memory product. You keep ownership of the contacts and notes you store. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep those records.

Workspace owners control membership, export, deletion, and retention purge. Super-admin tools exist only for platform operations such as plans, queues, devices, and audit.

Live third-party channels (Google, Outlook, WhatsApp, SMS, SSO) stay disconnected until you supply provider credentials. Empty keys never impersonate a live integration.
