Terms

Reliora is a relationship memory product. You keep ownership of the contacts and notes you store. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep those records.

Workspace owners control membership, export, deletion, and retention purge. Super-admin tools exist only for platform operations such as plans, queues, devices, and audit.

Live third-party channels (Google, Outlook, WhatsApp, SMS, SSO) stay disconnected until you supply provider credentials. Empty keys never impersonate a live integration.

Paid Reliora plans are purchased through Reliora billing by the workspace owner. One purchase covers the Reliora workspace and the team seats included in that plan. Invited teammates sign in and use the workspace; they do not buy the plan again.

The service is provided as-is during this development programme. Do not use Reliora as a substitute for legal, medical, or emergency advice.
