Reliora is built offline-first. Contacts, notes, meetings, and tasks stay on your device until you choose to sync them to a workspace you belong to.

Each workspace is isolated. Members of one workspace cannot read another workspace’s records. We return a not-found response rather than confirming that a hidden workspace exists.

You can export your account or a workspace, and you can delete your account. Workspace owners can delete a workspace and purge soft-deleted contacts after the retention window.

Email open and click tracking can be turned off per workspace. Marketing email is skipped when a contact has withdrawn marketing consent. We do not sell contact data.

Passwords are stored with Argon2id. Access tokens are short-lived. Refresh tokens rotate. You can revoke devices remotely.
